Mistake on my charges breakdown

Hi All - I was wondering if you could help.

I've worked my way through the reclaim process and am now waiting for my Allocation Questionnaire to come through, as the bank have decided to defend my claim.

I've started preparing my court bundle, just in case it goes that far. However, just noticed what I think is a mistake on my original charges breakdown that I sent to the bank with my letters!!!

I have claimed for x3 £20 temp overdraft limit fees. After doing some research I now realise this is not something I can reclaim!!

What should I do? Should I try and amend my original claim? Is that possible? Should I not say anything and hope for the best?

I can't believe I didn't notice this earlier! So cross with myself

If the Bank notice then let them deduct it from your claim otherwise wait for them to pay it out. I'm sure they are far to busy to notice ;)

If it goes as far as court and you have to stand up to tell the Judge then mention it then and apologise.
