child tax credit and pension

Hi there, Based on the recent budget . I can now take what little I have in my pension due to the recent budget. I understand that 25% is tax free and the remember will be taxed. I have two pension schemes - one with 20K in and another £32K.
My query is will the taxable part of my pension if I withdraw it be taken as income for calculating my child tax credit income.?
Thank you all;)
