I don't know if things have moved on in the meantime, but when I tried to switch to Daligas about 5 months ago, the person who answers the phone (Customer Services) appears to be someone acting from home, and not really knowing much, but giving answers you want to hear.
Emails are sent from head office, to which the person answering the phone has no access.
