To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

PRTS Phone - call 09041 619 234 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 5 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in their second call). Entrants who then make a fourth entry from the same phone number will receive an additional, fifth entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer and details as submitted in respect of their fourth entry). This will take the entrant to the 5 entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
SMS text – send a SMS text to 68555 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 5 entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 68555 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). Entrants who then make a fourth entry from the same mobile number will receive an additional, fifth entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in respect of their fourth entry). This will take the entrant to the 5 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A BMW X 3 F25 sDrive 18d SE N47 2.0d (Space Grey), including first registration fee, road tax for the first year, £30 of fuel and insurance for seven days.
The car will be delivered to the winner’s home address within 4 weeks of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence.
The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize.

A Gadget Package including the following items:
1 x Samsung 46 inch 3D TV – UE46F6320AK;

The prize also includes delivery to the winner's home address via courier. The prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred in taking up the prize including but not limited to any supplementary products and services, installation or removal of existing products and transportation (other than delivery of the prize to the winner’s home address). The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer and/or supplier as relevant. Packaging may have been opened prior to delivery to the winner for filming purposes.

    sorry to bump and i know this has been discussed before but these terms dont state you can transfer the car into a different name

    hope they havent dropped that clause

    i think itv has no problem with you letting someone else sign for the car.

    + ive read here that sometimes the dealership offer to buy the car from you, before you even sign for it.
