Hi I am new to this we had a secured loan of about 35k which we have paid it up we keep getting letters about mis selling ppi. How do I go about doing it ourselves I cant find the agreement, but I know the bank we had the loan with can anyone please help me thanks

Oddly this user originally posted the same question on the main board in the Reclaiming PPI sticky thread about 24 hours before posting here ... you know, the one with the link to the MSE Reclaiming PPI article.
