Dad got a parking ticket in mid Feb.
Paid by posting a cheque (£55) in the council provided envelope within a few days.
Thought nothing of it until a notice came about non payment and 14d period has expired and £110 is now due.
Was not posted recorded delivery but was first class.
Advice please?
