POPLA decision allowed but keep getting letters

I sorted a POPLA appeal a while back and my appeal was allowed and it said the operator should now cancel the parking charge. However since then I gave received two more letters the latest a 'notice of intended court action'. Am I ok to just ignore these extra letters because of my POPLA appeal?
If you can be one thing today, be kind.

Time to go on the offensive perhaps with a cease and desist letter. Complain to the BPA and to the parking company, stating this constitutes harrassment. Tell them you will invoive them for your time whilst you were at it.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Sounds good, will look into it, thanks. There is definitely no way I will get taken to court or such is there? If you can be one thing today, be kind.0 -
Debt recovery plus are debt collectors. Who are they saying is their client (I.e. Who is owned the money)? They may not be members of the BPA, there are other industry bodies. Also, it might be worth checking with POPLA that they definitely sent confirmation of the appeal decision to the parking company.0

Having some knowledge of the two companies this is far more likely to be the result of !!!!-up.
As suggested a firm cease and desist to DR+. Wording:
Don't mess about with this lot. Send this off from a post office and ask for a certificate of posting (its free) and send a copy to MB.Dear Sirs
Re: PCN No XZXZXZXZ, POPLA appeal upheld date XX/X/XXXX
I refer to the above matter and to your most recent letter, dated XXXXX entitled "Notice of Intended Court Action" and previous demands, for the sum of XX.
I deny that any debt is owed indeed I deny that any debt exists.
The matter to which you refer relates to the above parking charge notice issued by your presumed client, Minster Baywatch. On <insert date> my appeal to POPLA in respect of this notice was upheld and your client instructed to withdraw the matter.
I therefore require that you cease your unwarranted demands for this sum forthwith. Further, on any reasonable analysis the inclusion in your letters of threats to the effect that the action you purport to be contemplating will, inter alia, damage my credit rating is menacing and you know or ought to know amounts to harassment.
Any further correspondence from you, or your client, save as may be necessary to communicate the unequivocal withdrawal of the matter, will be regarded as harassment and I will issue proceedings without further recourse to you.
Please, therefore, regard yourselves as being on notice and I suggest you should urgently contact your client to ensure the matter is concluded without further delay.
Yours faithfully
Oh, and don't forget to complain to the BPA (Steve.C@britishparking.co.uk). Both MB and DR+ are members of the AOS.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

You could also include a copy of the POPLA decision just to really hammer home your point that they are chasing a non-existent debt.0

It is almost certainly a SNAFU, but stick it to them anyway, complain to the OFT here
