Hey all.

When putting together my form on Money Claim online, under the particulars of claim section all i put was "a claim against unfair bank charges." The bank have since defended the case, and yesterday i sent to the court a more detailed particulars of claim (without the N244 form and fee) to be put on file and sent to the bank.

Will my claim be struck out for lack of information on particulars of claim, as because i didnt send the N244 form, my particualrs of claim can not be amended. If the bank do contest this and the court requires me to explain my case further, can i later send the "amended particulars of claim" to my local court?

Shall i just get a solicitor been as ive messed it up?

You will be asked by the courts to supply further evidence this is a further particulars of claim, you are very limited as to what you can put on the mcol PoC anyway, you will also be directed to supply the defence with a copy of the same..
