I suggest you carry on putting in your defence as if the coop has done nothing for you. Because it has been known for them to conveniently forget to cancel the claim. You don't want a default judgement against you
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

  • Thanks for the advice. They have asked me to pay the fine and they reimburse me, does this sound ok? Or would/could CEL still go ahead with the claim? I was intending to pay them before the 14 days are up [this Friday] online so I had a receipt.

I would be grateful if you could send me some tips as to what to include in the defence reply to Court. Many thanks.

This is not a parking fine. It's an invoice.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
