Ive had CPP since 2009, rang asking why I haven't received a claim form and they informed me it was taken out through t mobile when I purchased phone insurance. Does anyone know if I'm still able to claim and how to go about it? Thanks:j

Hi kpgsag. Did you have any luck with this? My mum is in the same situation and after contacted the CPP helpline, they aren't to sure either. They think there is another form to fill in through T Mobile is that correct?
Mum was basically sold insurance with a phone purchase (two lots in fact) which was next to useless.
If anyone else has any idea or has claimed back from T Mobile would be great to hear.
