Budgeting loan

Hi there.

I applied for a budgeting loan a couple of weeks ago, received a letter on Wednesday offering me one. I signed the declaration and popped it in the postbox but now I'm worrying that I should've attached a stamp and can't remember for the life of me whether it was free post or not.

Has anybody applied for a budgeting loan recently that can remember if the envelope is free post or not?

Thank you.
