Pcn in private car park (rented space)

I returned to my car about a month ago top find a PCN on my windscreen. I had parked in a private secure car park where I rent a space. The reason for the notice was an expired ticket. A new ticket should have been issued by the company that rents the space out but it wasn't. All my payments were upto date. I called the rental Company and she said she couldn't contact me as they didn't have a number for me but she would email the management company to ask the fine issuer (anpr Ltd) to waive the fine as it was not my fault. I also called anpr Ltd who said I need to get the rental company to verify otherwise I am liable. I thought it was all sorted as I didn't hear anything from either companies to suggest otherwise but today I have received a letter at my home address saying I have missed the early payment fee period and if I don't pay it will get passed on to debt collection. Please help! Thankyou

first task is to dispute the PCN from anpr using the template in the newbies thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

then get back onto the landowner or management company and get the charge cancelled asap, obviously get your new parking permit too so you get no more PCN,s

ANPR Ltd are a joke, I bet they said you missed the early bird discount? They are run by Trevor Whitehouse who is very boring chap who claims to have invented the wheel clamp, and cameras that could identify shoplifters and terrorists, and stop both. He also was going to sue the government for millions because they made clamping illegal.

Anyway with all that I bet you're really worried now ;) , this will never go to court despite the long winded letters, they are the barrel scrapers of the parking industry (if you want to call it that) , they will get someone who looks like a debt collector to contact you, I believe its run by his son in law.

You have two choices, either ignore the idiots, or appeal to them! Nobody who comes here ever pays them once they find out what they are. Also go back and make complaints to the managing agents.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Awww, you missed the famous ANPR Ltd 'early bird discount' bargain!! Come on, this is easy, all you do is appeal it using the template in the NEWBIES thread and then win at POPLA with our help.

I assume you must surely have searched this forum about this joke of a company, before you posted. ANPR Ltd are easy to beat at POPLA and are just funny to laugh at along the way. What a stupid managing agent of that car park, to use that bunch of ex-clampers on site, not the sharpest tools in the box as you will learn!

You may not have known to search for 'Trev the clamp' as a search term though - try it. Use the 'search this forum' heading next to 'forum tools' in the headings above page one of the threads - you know, just above the ''NEWBIES please read this first'' thread that you need to read to find the first appeal template.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
