Woolwich Building Society

Hi
I need some advice please.

I'm trying to claim back my PPI from Woolwich from 1996 - 2002, who have since been taken over by Barclays. I don't have the reference anymore, cannot obtain a bank statement to cover the period in question and Barclays are saying they cannot locate my policy.

What should I do now please?
Thanks
V

You can send them a Subject Access Request (SAR) letter which, for £10, should provide everything they've kept on file for you for at least six years and (sometimes) more.
If this action does not turn up any trace of the finance, and you have no documentation in your own archive, then you'll just have to accept that your complaint is over before it's begun.
