That was an addison lee fleet vehicle then. ;)

Nope! it was used by a local travel agent as private hire to take / collect customers from ports / airports, serviced by our local Ford dealer from new.
  • For anyone interested I've gone for a 2010 Grand Voyager with 58000 miles!

Hope it works out for you.

The engine is a bit old school diesel.

But regular oil and filter changes will see it last a long time.

I would probably do an interim oil change half way through the service interval. You could leave the filter as it will be servicable for the usual interval as a minimum.

The 2.5 version is prone to bottom end issues if not well maintained.

The problem is that as the engine is a bit old school and people don't realise that they may be operating under severe service.

If you do lots of short runs or local stuff i always treat as severe service and perform an interim oil change.

I think the 2010 version has a dpf and uses 5w30. Whereas the older versions used 0w40.

Have to chuckle at people thinking an airport express is a bargain, "just" being used as a motorway shuttle.
It's been used as a commercial vehicle, whipped up and down the roads because time is money, and all of the seats and load space have been occupied in its short life, very unlike the yummy mummy treatment.
