Taking knitting on an easyjet flight

Possibly an odd question, but does anyone know if easyjet allow passengers to take knitting on their flights?
I've had a look at the .gov website and it says knitting needles are ok

But I know some of the budget airlines can be quite difficult so I wonder if they have different rules? I haven't been able to find anything on their website but I'm worried I'm missing something.

Do you want to knit during the flight?Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Yes, I do if it is possible. I have a new project on and it'll keep me occupied both on the flight and while waiting in the departure lounge etc.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0

I travel regularly to Ireland with Ryan Air. I always take knitting with me in my carry on luggage. However, I have never actually knitted on the flight as it is usually less than an hour from take-off.0

Yes, you are allowed one set of needles on the plane. I'm a stitcher and it does attract some funny looks, personally I see nothing odd in it!0

Thanks folks! I've got a flight tomorrow that's just under 4 hours so I thought it would be a good opportunity to crack on with my current project. I can cope with funny looks!Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0
