Santander ISA interest blunder!

On checking my accounts yesterday I noticed I had been taxed on my ISA interest! Immediately emailed santander and received reply back this morning. Apparently this has accidentally happened to a 'few customers'. It will be refuned by the end of the tax year. Check that you are not one of the unlucky ones. I wonder how many customers 'a few' is to santander?
