Advice on reclaiming from Alliance & Leicester

Options
I had an Alliance and Leicester account for years and went over my limit a few times, i was being charged £25 per day that i was overdrawn - one time i was overdrawn by £0.35!! Anyway i did the whole letter thing, pestered them with phone calls etc etc (this was prior to them merging) and then they closed my account to "stop me being charged anymore" but the result of them doing that was that i then couldnt speak to anyone on the phone as they couldnt access my account, what a joke!! so basically after many tears and tantrums i gave up. They owe me around £350 in charges, probably more, but with them now merging i dont know if i can still chase this, or where to chase this? help please! im getting married soon and the extra cash would be most useful! x

How do they owe you this? if you went overdrawn a few times like you said then the fees are correctly charged.
Who are A&L merging with? They haven't existed in 3-4 years now and were bought by Santander in 2008.
