Can anyone advise please? I was watching Ronnie's 147 in the Welsh Masters on You Tube. The trouble was you could here the ball drop before you saw him pot it. It's the same when watching footie. Is there anything I can do?

Assuming it's happening on all videos...
You could try turning off hardware acceleration in the Flash Player settings (if you right-click on a video you should see an option to change settings), then restarting the browser.
Or download a browser add-on to download online videos and watch them in your normal media player.0 -
Youtube defaults to tell highest quality-try dropping down one by one and see if that improves things.
There will be either a little cog or a hd logo on the bottom right which is where you can adjust picture quality0
