New Mobile phone contract (3 wks)

Hello
I am really hoping someone will be able to give me advice as to what rights I have to cancel a new phone contract. Upgraded to an Iphone 5S on the 1st March on O2, phone from CPW.
Sim swap took one week to do, since transfer to new phone No Service, continuously to the point that the phone is worthless, put sim back in old iphone, works perfectly.
Constant chats with O2 gurus end up going round in circles. CPW have replaced phone and given new sim.
Raised this as a complaint to O2 who blame CPW as they did not check network coverage in my area, but that is insignificant as I may not have 4G but surely 3G should work?????
Going to pop to an Apple store tomorrow, if there is no advice they can give me, what can I do to get out of the contract, want to go back to Iphone 5. Please, help, thank you in advance.

Assuming you are from Windsor then tell the NIMBYs to allow some more masts in your area. I was having a discussion with a friend on his mobile the other day and he kept dropping the call in the Windsor/Ascot area. He also muttered something about kak signal on an iPhone.0

Right I am with you now lol thank you.
Any advice as to what I can do???? Can not find anything remotely useful on the internet but phone is not fit for the purpose it is intended for. Frustrated and annoyed.0 -
If it is a mast issue, then I would suggest forgetting the "not fit for purpose" aspect as the phone IS fit for purpose and does work. Just not in your area. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0
