I was thinking back to my youth the other day and simple things were, three channels on the black and white TV (which was rented), and an old dial style phone from the GPO. and of course the Radiogram. :)

No DFU's and Cloud computing... and we were happy :)
I was going to say ditto but I think there were only two in my youth (as in pre school) BBC2 came a bit later when I was about 6 or 7

Snake, I think you have too many fingers in too many pies atm ;). Not like you to miss something :) I think Rose is referring to this by Jessica:

"Brilliant idea!!!! I'd forgotten about DFU mode... You're a star... "

I'm only on this thread because I too am reminiscing about my "yoof". Only 2 channels on the TV for me too. I am sitting here humming "Sing Something Simple" thanks to mcclarkie and the radiogram prompt :):)

Oh happy days TPD. Do you remember Two Way Family Favourites too?

I remember when BBC2 came along, we used to have to take the aerial plug out of the 450 socket at the back of the tv and plug it into the 625 one :rotfl: For all it's being so big and heavy, it nearly got knocked off it's stand more than once. What a palaver.
