Warning... Warning... Mini rant ahead... Warning... Warning...
I am so annoyed with myself, just managed to delete my list of comps I was entering daily from my iPhone notes...
To top it all, my iTunes has also had a fit, so there's not a back up of them on there.
Arggggh. Managed to come up with a few companies I enter on daily, and will have to go and trawl the forum for them later.

Oh no, I feel for you!:(
I'm with Yahoo and my iPhone notes automatically save into a "notes" folder in my email. I'm not sure if other email providers have the same notes syncing process but it may be worth having a look?
If not, I hope that it doesn't take you too long to recreate your list.0 -
5s, snake...
Thanks, Linz... I'm with Me, which used to do the same in a notes file in email. but doesn't seem to store them there anymore. I think they expect people to be more savvy about backing up than I clearly am :wall:
Shouldn't take too long, hopefully. I'm sure most of them will have made it to the daily thread... And who knows, I might find a few more that I've not been entering... I'm looking for silver linings :rotfl:0 -
Connect your iPhone to the computer enter DFU mode and scan iPhone preview and recover iPhone notes0

Are you sure your list is not backed up in Apples cloud sync thing.0

Brilliant idea!!!! I'd forgotten about DFU mode... You're a star... :Amclarkie wrote:Are you sure your list is not backed up in Apples cloud sync thing.
I logged into the iCloud website, and there doesn't seem to be anything saved.
Maybe I should abandon technology and go back to papyrus and a quill (think I may be mixing two histories there?!).0 -
DFU, of course
In my defense I use Android.0 -

I was thinking back to my youth the other day and how simple things were, three channels on the black and white TV (which was rented), and an old dial style phone from the GPO. and of course the Radiogram.
No DFU's and Cloud computing... and we were happy0
