Aviva Car MSE £50 Amazon voucher deal

I am seriously considering going with Aviva because its £59.48 a year cheaper than my renewal from my present one plus getting a £50 Amazon voucher . My current insurer is one that does a deal with employees that work for my employer where we don't pay any APR if we pay monthly.

Now when I click on the link under the car insurance for the special MSE deal for the £50, a window pops up and put in the code. Then it closes after it recognises the code. Then I get this email.
