Terms and conditions

• Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.
• Entry into the competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The competition commences on 19 March 2014 and concludes on 15 June 2014.
• Entry into the competition is by submitting your details via the prize draw box on the entry forms provided at National Gallery Friday Lates, Sainsbury Wing Foyer, as well as through the Friday Lates competition page on the National Gallery website.
• Entries are limited to one entry per household.
• The prize is valid for two people sharing a double/twin room.
• This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over except employees of any companies associated with the competition including Ciceroni Travel, National Gallery London, and their families and friends and agencies and persons connected in any way with the organisation and promotion of this competition. Residents of other countries are excluded from entry. The winner will be required to provide photo ID to prove they are over 18.
• Illegible or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
• Ciceroni Travel and the National Gallery do not accept responsibility for non-receipt or loss of entries.
• The entrant may be asked to take part in post-competition publicity.
• No purchase necessary.
• Prize winners will be notified by Ciceroni Travel by email within three weeks of the prize draw.
• Ciceroni Travel reserves the right to amend prize draw rules at any time, without prior notification.
• Prize includes: a Ciceroni Travel holiday. Return scheduled flights to Venice departing from Gatwick airport. Return airport transfers to/from your hotel in Venice. Three nights stay in four-star accommodation with breakfast. 3 day ACTV vaporetto pass and a full day with a private guide. No cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part for any prizes offered.
• Ciceroni Travel reserves the right to change the prize to a prize of equal value, should circumstances require this.
• Travel must be completed by 15 December 2014 and is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space. Excludes High Season and Venice Carnival.
• When dates of travel have been confirmed by the winner and hence a booking made by/on behalf of the winner with Ciceroni Travel, then these dates, names and the prize cannot be altered in any way. If the winner chooses not to travel on the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void.
• It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the winner and their companion have the necessary travel insurance cover required.
• Ciceroni Travel will try to book the winner and their companion the flights of their choice, although this cannot be guaranteed.
• All other expenses including all meals (excluding breakfast) are at the expense of the winner and their companion.
• Flights cannot be upgraded and winners are not eligible to earn air miles as part of this prize.
• The holiday is a package prize, both travellers must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.
• This prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday, or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.
• Holidays are redeemable only by the named winner and cannot be sold or passed on to any other party.
• The winner will be selected by random draw w/c 23 June 2014 at the offices of the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, London WC2N 5DN.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Any information submitted with an entry will not be given to any other organisation, unless fulfillment of the prize necessitates this, or unless entrant has opted in to receive further information. Your privacy will be protected.
