As per a suggestion from "Closed" yesterday on my other thread. I have just tried on FF & Chrome but get this message on both? Never seen anything like that on MSE before?

Thanks Closed & thank you very much for your reply on my other thread too - I appreciate you taking the time and that voidtools thing looks handy too. As when I first started using these PC's things seem to be randomly stored all over the shop I must have just clicked save wherever it prompted!

HPWuSchd2.exe can be disabled from startup using msconfig

google update can be disabled by deleting the google update task from c:\windows\tasks

java quick starter, can be disabled in control panel, advanced, misc - untick java quick starter

if this is the 1.5GB machine, you can uninstall cleanmem

realplayer can be uninstalled in control panel

you can disable the search indexer and flash player updater using services.msc

are you using maxtor/acronis/maxblast to backup?


That kvm switch will work with anything with a usb port, and a vga video output (not all laptops have the latter)
