Hi
I was watching a homes programme yesterday and they designed a bathroom with a sliding door instead of your standard door to save space.
Where can you buy these sliding doors - I have checked on the web but all i can find are wardrobe sliding doors.... Please help.
Thanks

These are hard to buy off the shelf - i'd like some too!
Ironmongery direct has sliding door mechanisms plus a "hide-away door" which is a double door where one slides into the other rather than swinging 90degrees out into the room. this fits conventional door sizes
issac lord does kits too. you don't want to be sliding a heavy door though so choose the door part carefully. also to stop bangs when it shuts try fitting the slow-stop things you get for kitchen drawers and cabinet doors these days.

We bought a sliding door kit from B&Q and just fitted a normal door to it. It works great apart from the fact that DH hasn't fully fitted it and DS keeps trying to pull it open instead of sliding it!Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0

This company does fancy sliding doors that actually slide into the wall: http://www.eclisse.co.uk/0
