IVA Full & Final Settlement

I made a full and final settlement on my iva in January 13 it was accepted but one of the terms was that it had to be kept open for a maxim of 12 months to claim back any ppi. I should have received a completion letter January 14. I have spoken to my practioner today they told me they had held a creditors meeting on the 11th February and got another 3 months extension to claim back ppi. I was not told before hand of there intentions. Is this acceptable for them to keep applying for extensions when in my original letter of acceptance of the f & f it said can be kept open for a maxim 12 months.

Hi with regards bankruptcy and ppi. my wife was made bankrupt 6 years ago and II was entered into a trust deed. I was under the impression that after 6 years we would be done totally with the trustees but I have been informed that they can still apply to claim any money that we may receive from a ppi if we were to claim. I had always thought that after the 6 year wait we would be able to investigate any claims we might have without fear of it being taken from us. I would be grateful for any help here. Perhaps the law up in Scotland is different from England. Also,how do i start a post thread for myself? I've found it quite impossible to create one.
