I Have This Morning Started The Process Of Judgemeny By Default Against Barclays Bank, However In The Post I Have Just Recieved A Settlement Figure For Just Under Half Of My Claim, Does This Affect The Judgement That Was Already Requested?

If your Judgment holds (mine got cancelled as Barclays put in a defence on the same day as I got the Judgement in
) Then you have won and you will be awarded the FULL amount and Interest if you claimed it

Thanks for replying, the judgement was rejected i take it that means they defended. What happens now i was hoping it wouldn't go this far so haven't a clue now. any help would be great. Thanks again.0
