Yes, that's acceptable if the weight of the contents match the weight indicated on the box.
On the other hand, if you are complaining that the box is too large for the contained goods, then there is no consumer rights issue here and your thread should be on the Praise, Vent and Warnings board.0 -
You pay by weight, not volume. Doesn't matter how big the box is ! Check the SEL to see how much it works out at per wash.
I would never pay £7.20 for soap powder ! I only ever buy when it's on offer and hate paying more than £4.000 -
Thanks for your replies, guys. Useful to know where I stand!New single Mum & student Nurse working for our future.

I was just surprised because I could have sworn the box is the same size that I usually buy and I've never seen one this empty before. I'm just going to go and check the weights now..New single Mum & student Nurse working for our future.

Don't you just HATE that? Someone comes asking a question, gets an answer then removes the question!0

It's about time MSE did something about it!0

Think the regulars in here and PVW should auto quote the first post in a thread going forward.0

I don't usually do that as I find it annoying too but, clearly, I'd got it wrong in the first place. Didn't really need everyone coming along and answering the same question several times as people do on forums.
A bit overboard PM'ing me saying how 'rude' it is though

And those coming late to the party can't learn from your mistake without understanding what it is that you got wrong.ABetterLife wrote: »I don't usually do that as I find it annoying too but, clearly, I'd got it wrong in the first place.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
