How do I do that without the mouse?0

Reboot to safe mode? That might make the mouse working again and allow you to reinstall the drivers.
Is this a touchpad or a USB mouse?
If touchpad, try plugging in a USB mouse.
If USB, try plugging it in to a different USB port.0 -

Have sorted it. Found out how to navigate with the keyboard. Then did a system restore. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks for all the contributions. This is a great source of advice.0
