Tesco shopping not arrived?

A quick question.............Ive been doing online shopping with Tesco for a long while now but today it hasnt turned up.

Slot was 9-11 and its just gone that now. Do Tesco have to waver delivery fee or anything as they have broken their agreement?

I had to call twice the weekend before last to get the delivery charge refunded, but they did do it. Still waiting on a call back from the store though about a different matter from the same order - don't think they are going to ring now and I'm sick of leaving messages!

2 weekends ago my shopping was late but the driver phoned me to apologise and said he was having a bad day! He turned up nearly an hour late looking v flustered. I think the drivers are having probs with the time they get to deliver because of the "naked" (no carrier bags) thing they're doing now. I didn't complain because I felt so sorry for the poor bloke!

Seems I was being a bit premature lol.....it arrived just after me posting on here and yes I had it naked :D Must agree it must be causing the delivery drivers real problems. Asked my driver and he said.Yes it was adding time onto their day and his first delivery was a woman with 20 yes 20!! boxes without bags. Poor bloke.

I must admit Im only doing it for the few extra points as I always give back carriers anyway so if Tesco gave us points for handing bags back the delivery drivers could have an easier time.

:rotfl: I was only concerned as usually I get my delivery at the beginning of my time slot and wondered what the Tesco policy was for delivering outside of said delivery slot.

I didn't take it up with the delivery driver as I am a kind person and am happy to wait a few extra minutes for my longed for tesco shopping and the wonderful extra 1000 points that came with it ;)

You were lucky - mine was 2 and 1/2 hours late lol. No apology either, just a grumpy driver.
