    I do joints in the SC with coca cola and then serve them with Potato Croquettes and a cauliflower cheese.
    For gammon steaks, I fry them and then serve with either pineapple, egg and chips or with leeks in a cheesy sauce.

    Gammon steaks are rather nice stir fried with Chinese veg. you then have a choice of Sweet and Sour sauce, Hoisin, Plum (my favourite) or just garlic, spring onion, ginger and soy.

    I usually have a joint, covered in honey then wrapped in tinfoil. Pop it in the oven for 90 mins at 200 degrees and it comes out perfectly :) Also sometimes add mustard to the honey for a little extra kick.
