May i politely suggest that you might consider trimming your 6 day stay in vegas to maybe 3 or 4 days and take in a stop somewhere else...

Vegas has potential to be cheap .....Pool time, lots of cheap places to eat, free meals if you play Myvegas on Facebook. If the OP isn't gambling or top shows it doesn't have to be expensive.

OP I'd consider buying your Disney passes before you go to save money. Check out https://www.thedibb.co.uk They have a forum that covers Disneyland even though it's primarily a Disneyworld site.
I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

    MSE Florida wedding .....no problem
  • I think you may find that budget very tight. If you are planning on going to Disneyland and other attractions the entrance fee is very expensive. I am just back from a week in Chicago and managed to spend a lot more than £50 per day not including shopping and certainly not splurging on expensive meals.

Hi yes..its just that last time i went to Vegas i found that 4 days was enough but then as the OP says, they are meeting family.

The Bellagio buffet is well worth a visit..
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

I just realised we'll be booking Disney and Alcatraz before we go... so they won't need to come out of our daily budget.

I thought the advice I was given was slightly optimistic so I'm I glad I double checked the £50 daily budget!
