    For anyone else, I have taken some photos of the parking eye location and my path into the car park showing how blatantly unfair the camera and sign placement has been

    Yes, Judges find arguments about signage easier to get their head around than POFA 2012 I am sure! We've seen cases won over a period of years, when the appellant shows a lack of signs seen - and your photos are good.
