mobility car waiting times

Can anyone advise me on what I can do with regards to ordering a mobility car from ford and over 6 months on I still don't have the car yet' its beyond a joke to me please help thanks.

Whats the delay?

Have you spoken to motability? Surely they can provide another car in the mean time?

don't think its motorbility its ford themselves I ordered it back in October they said it will be back end of December early January....that came and went they told me that I would now have to wait till march for the new reg because ford would lose too much money on the value of the car when its returned and now march is here each time I go in its put back a week.....feel im being messed about here

I would be getting on the phone to motability. The dealer is clearly messing you around - there are no fords models that have that long a waiting time. Maybe they don't want to deal with motability cars

Talk to motability relative to getting them to sort out Ford.

Who did you actually order it from? Ford UK centrally? Or a dealer? What do they say the cause for the delay is? Was the vehicle a specific factory-order spec? Has it been built yet? Are there adaptations for your disability that need to be fitted?
