Forecast here is for frost over the weekend. I hope that you have not been seduced into buying tender bedding and planting out yet. If so I hope the fleece works.:o

We haven't tempted our customers into tender plants - we've not got them yet.Wish all garden centres where like us and don't stock things Way to early! I was joking with a customer yesterday that the 'big boys' have brought the season forward so much that spring bulbs will be in stores in May

But seriously - switch your greenhouse heaters on everyone - set to fall to -2 here.
If you have to use fleece, make sure its not touching the plants - raise it up the best you can (short canes etc). 0 -
At least the race to have the earliest lizzies in town has stopped. I've only just started pricking out the bedding and trailing plants, same with the fuchsia etc.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
