I need some help and advice, please.
BOL have failed to issue me with a refund for books returned in January.
They don't answer emails or the telephone.
My credit card company have refused to help.
The trading standards people told me to write to BOL but I can't find an address for them.
Help!

PS: Also I can't search for anyone else who's had a problem, because the forum search engine rejects 'BOL' as it's too short. GRR!

Unbelievable - I've just got through and been refunded.
Maybe someone should delete this thread...
