How the hell do I contact eBay?

Seriously, this is infuriating me, I swear this used to be so simple. This is eBay UK. There is no obvious link to live chat, does it exist anymore? I've used eBay only for purchases and haven't had to contact customer support in awhile but I'm really struggling.
Story is, purchased an item, paid for item, week later, seller states i gaven't paid and starts unpaid case against me, I contact seller stating I've paid, I double check paypal and it verifies this, eBay generically inform me about the case and I must pay or gain unpaid strike.
Seller comes back to me telling me I've paid to his old paypal e-mail address. He then asks me to send the payment to another e-mail address. I refuse and tell him to update his paypal address on eBay and re-send the invoice otherwise cancel the sale.
He refuses to change it and the unpaid strike holds against me.
So I want to contact eBay to explain all this along with all e-mail evidence to proove this but, for the love of god, there is no obvious way.
1. No live chat?
2. No direct e-mail contact?
3. Customer service links take me no where, there is no appropriate category for this issue, trying anything remotely related to the incident ends up at a point where I file a generic report based purely on what i selected to get there which isn't appropriate because it explains nothing.
Going mad here, help greatly appreciated.
Just to further clarify, I went to the case in resolution centre, appealed it, which resulted in eBay automatically removing the unpaid item strike against me but giving me absolutely no chance to further explain the issue or take it further....

Not exactly hidden. Personally I would phone them though as live chat is useless, so click phone instead and get a PIN number. If you phone without a PIN you will not get answered very quickly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Unpaid strikes are nothing to worry about. You paid, and it will show as paid. If the seller entered the wrong detail, that's his tough luck. Your response is to enter an item not received and give him a neg (he cannot do this to you).
No need to phone them.0 -

If they removed the strike why contact them? There's nothing more they can do for you. One strike would have little effect anyway but as it's been removed it will have no effect on your account.
I suppose they could tell the seller to change his Paypal email address to be correct but he may have already changed it after this anyway and I'm not sure they'd bother as the situation has been resolved.0
