    One thing that needs looking into is how to get care annuities organised to pay for home care, and also how to get the same tax free deal as is available when the money is paid to a care home.This could cut the cost of home care dramatically.

    This item suggests they can be used for home care, but no mention of the tax arrangements. This is a more accurate financial update BTW.
