Parking Eye PCN. Help Needed Please

I received a PCN from Parking Eye and appealed as advised. I requested the PCN be cancelled or a POPLA code be provided. My appeal was dismissed for insufficient evidence to show I did not break the T&C's on the signage. Accompanying this was 6 pages of legal case history, compelling dismissals to my arguments and FAQ's. Plus 3 pages how to appeal to POPLA.

Has anything changed to the appeal to POPLA or should I send as advised on the forum?

Regards

if you have a popla code, check it is valid and the expiry date using the parkingcowboys checker

As long as you've been reading the current forum posts and not MSE articles about 'appeals' (which are not current) then you will have seen 'no GPEOL' and 'no standing' wins the day and found template POPLA appeals in the NEWBIES thread post #3. Adapt one of those.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
