Lloyds 3% offshore account???

Just came across some advert on another site advertising Lloyds Bank offshore account with 3% variable, regular saver. Anyone came across this or used it before I waste time looking through it. Looked abit 'to good to be true' when I saw it

It is being used to save up for a house at the moment so will probably need access to it all in about 3 months at a guess, fingers crossed, so probably best just to leave it then I guess
