When to sign off JSA?

Hi,

I've been on JSA for the last couple of months and now I've received a job offer which I'm happy about. The job is due to start on the 2nd of April.

I'm due to sign on next Tuesday 25th, What do I do regarding signing off?

If I ring up and cancel now will they pay me up until the 1st? Day before job starts or until today?

    If you cancel now, your claim would be closed and you'd only get paid until today.

    As said if you want to get paid until the job starts then you need to sign on as normal next week and still job search until the job actually starts. You should sign off only when you are starting.
