Expat living in Holland selling UK house

Hi, I am looking for some advise concerning a property owned in the UK. I have lived in Holland for over 10 years and while living here I purchased a house in the East Midlands back in 2007 for about €100K. I have never lived in the house and have always rented it out. Now the housing market is picking up again I want to know where I stand with regards to Capital Gains Tax and the fact that I am not a resident of the UK. I want to know the following if I decide to sell the house:
1) depending on profit, when would Capital Gains Tax be applicable?
2) at what % rate would be applied?
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
