Sainsburys 0% BT 12month Nectar refund

I did a BT at 3% with a sainsburys nectar reward card. They are supposed to refund the 3% fee with nectar points within 6 weeks.

6 weeks passed, and it hasn't happened yet (no nectar points).
They said on the phone it actually takes 90 days and that their terms and conditions might be wrong.

I raised a complaint, but interested in hearing how other peoples experience goes with this.

SC.

Just got off the phone after questioning why I have not received the nectar points. I was told after the guy spoke to his manager that the card had to be applied for through the moneysupermarket website. Annoyed is not the word.

I basically complained and we will wait and see when they phone me back hopefully in a couple of days.

Interestingly after searching with google I can find at least two other websites (Yahoo and MSN), that were advertising this deal and there is no mention of having to click through a link at MoneySupermarket. I can't find it on Martins website anymore but I distinctly recall not seeing anything to say you had to apply for that deal that way.

    Hi.
Mine eventually came through after I called them a few times to complain.
It wasn't within the period specified by their Ts + Cs, but they pushed it through manually.

I have been using them on eBay and Sainsburys shopping, but still have a fair bit left to use.

    Good luck with yours.
