Company Let Tenancy Agreement

Hi,
Please does anyone have or know where I could view online a tenancy agreement for letting to a company?
I have been offered a standard company let agreement drawn up by the prospective tenant but I'd like to check that the agreement protects me as landlord as much as possible but have no idea what extra clauses (if any) I should be seeking to have included to achieve this.
I'm coming under pressure to proceed so any help/suggestions would be gratefully received.

Are you sure you want to let your house out to a company let?
I have lived in a company let and wouldn't let out a house myself.
The people who live there don't care about the place, they don't report broken things eg leaking washing machines, they don't clean & let the bathroom go mouldy.
If you do company lets it is worth hiring a cleaning lady who will give the place a good scrub each week & report problems to you.
They don't care because it's not their money, it's their companies money!0 -

Perhaps a sweeping generalisation
Tenants are, after all, human and some will be far more responsible (I've been a tenant under a Company Let). Also, such rentals are often to assist key employees who need to relocate from one area to another - and the employee would not want to face questions from their employer, if the LL complains :eek:
Anyway, if the tenant's attitude really is one of "it's the Company's money!" then, equally, it's the Company's problem if the property is not adequately maintained. So provided the tenancy agreement places any "issues" with the tenant (i.e. the Company) then the LL's position is no different to that with a private tenant i.e. the tenant (Company) damages; the tenant (Company) pays. I think this the key clause that the LL needs in the contract.
