Ppi can I claim..?

I took a mortgage with the bank of Ireland in the mid 90s I believe I was wrongly sold PPI. The bank was later sold, can I still claim?

    You mean can you complain.

    You can complain about anything you like. Whether you have any grounds for complaint or will likely succeed is a different thing. You havent mentioned your complaint reasons. So, we cannot really comment on that.

    Do note that most MPPI complaints are rejected. It suffers less of an issue than other types of PPI. Indeed, it is only one of two types of PPI that are still retailed today. So, you typically need stronger reasons for complaint that loan and credit card PPI.
