    Not a problem!

And yes, Mandatory Reconsideration is really dragging out, it's really bad for anyone refused ESA. Still, hopefully they are reversing more decisions meaning people don't have to go through the appeal process.

At least being in the WRAG you still get paid during Mandatory Reconsideration! Well, hopefully, assuming it will appear in your account tomorrow!

Thanks, and yes, feel so sorry for those refused ESA. Definitely fingers crossed that right across the board they reverse as many decisions as possible/avoid appeals.

EDIT: Yay, it's in the bank. Phew! Thanks so much about advice. Only hope now is to be switched without needing to appeal, and that everyone else who needs to be in support-related ESA experiences the same. :-)

  • Glad to hear it arrived! Good luck with MR and the appeal (if necessary)!

Quick update: had written to ask for Mandatory Reconsideration, including lists of descriptors from the support group list. Just got a letter saying I've been put into the Support group. Had been sent first appointment with jobcentre adviser, and had to call to ask for a month's deferral ... they'd wanted a detailed GP letter. Please be aware that they also said only being pregnant could get me excused; that isn't true ... there's a huge list of reasons for which you can request deferral/not be sanctioned, which I saw online just after the call. Letter about being moved to Support ESA arrived day before GP appt, and, with having such bad health, am so relieved. DWP had also said on the phone that if in the meantime I'm transferred to Support ESA, the jobcentre would just not write to me again about anything work-related.
