mis-sold car warrenty from dealer

i want to share my situation and hopefully see if anyone has had a similar issue with a positive outcome. im not sure what to do.
i purchased a car from vauxhall dealers and i recently discovered that they included the following in the finance package:
1. an extended warrenty £400.00 (unknown to me... i did not agree to take it out, yet they claim i have signed to do so)
2. tax disc for 1 year £175.00 - which will be more than that over the 4 years of the HP term
3. car polish £240.00 - apparently they cleaned and polished the car before it was sold to me, yet charged me for the pleasure

i spoke to company, they promised to get back to me... i heard nowt. i emailed complaint to custormer services.... i heard nowt.... i contacted HQ who have now pushed GM to contact me to resolve my issues.... im now seeing him next weekend after 2 and a half months of a wall of silence from them.

i want to know that if its true that i unknowing signed to take out the extended warrenty which i would NEVER have agreed to do if it was offered, what can i do about this? i am considering legal action but want to pre-empt the conversations with the GM next week. i dont think he was ever going to contact me had HQ not pushed him to contact me today. Any thoughts or comments would be greatfully appreciated.
