paid deposit changed mind

hi guys, yesterday I paid a £200 deposit on a £1000 sofa at The Range, instore - I have since changed my mind, can I get a refund or do I lose the deposit if I cancel the order?

You lose your deposit, however you can argue that you should only lose the monies that they can prove as a demonstrable loss (admin fees etc).
The demonstrable fee will vary depending on whether the item was in stock, whether production has actually started etc.0 -
thank you so much, its a sofa that was going to be made for me and take 4 - 6 weeks, so doubt they have started it in 24hours but also doubt I have a leg to stand on, worth a chance though thank you0
