British gas tarriff con
January 2014 I changed my Tariff with British Gas where by you stay on that untill 2015 and receive complimenty Vouchers to spend in a number of places. I did not receive the Vouchers untill eventually after going on their Facebook page and mentioning it, BG decided to do something. Their advice was to phone the company where the Vouchers came from. I did and they had no record, I was livid as this should had been sorted by BG. I went on Facebook again as this is the only way you seem to get quick action. I did and was assured that I would get £50.00 FOR one Utility anD a further £70.00 also £20.00 for the inconvenience as this had been going on for over 8 weeks.
Today BG have back tracked and told me that I will not be getting the £70.00. The offer has now been stopped. I would like someone to actually come forward from BG and explain why I have it in writing from you that you were going to pay and now retracted this offer from me . I would also like to know how many more people BG have mislead as you have not honoured your agreement which allows us to change our supplier. Please let me know if you have been conned by this offer.

Rememember. Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.
Never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom.
If you woke up breathing, congratulations! You get another chance. And finally, be really nice to your family and friends; you never know
when, You might need them to empty your bedpan.

It isn't clear, who actually offered you this £70? British Gas, or a third party intermediary?0 -

I took up this offer. It was £50 plus an extra £10 for each fuel for a period of time. This was a total of £70. Before that I believe it was a total of £50. If you have it in writing I would raise this as a complaint.Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0
