This isnt the case , if the offer agreed upon can be justified , should that be required, then certainly the property can be marked STC just the same as a `normal sale`Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -
Thanks Dan-Dan, I think you're right, because when the previous offer was accepted, the property was listed as Sold STC. In such a competitive market I don't think many buyers would be willing to fork out for surveys and checks for a property that was still being actively marketed.0

Called agent again this afternoon, spoke to the office junior and was told that the guy dealing with the property had been out all day but would call the vendor immediately he got back to the office, then call us back tonight. Of course this didn't happen, and it was exactly what we were told yesterday :mad:0
